Wrapped up the Year of Kohara, last night we brought you 365 days of sound. Before tipping our hat to ’22, we took a listen back to some of our favorites of the finest: new acquisitions, reissues, and new releases from some of our favorite labels on the planet, ANALOG AFRICA, Radio Martiko, Souma Records, Soul Jazz, and Soundway just to name a few! We also played some special tribute sets to the life and music of recently departed Terry Hall, who as the frontman of The Specials, kept us rocking, angry, thinking, laughing, and dancing. We also took a look back in languor at some of the “Cream of the Crap” of Encino Royale. Thank you for helping us put this baby to bed at 10 PM!
