The Molotov Cocktail Hour 9-6-11

September 6, 2011 @ 10:00 pm - September 7, 2011 @ 12:00 am

Incorrigibly situated in the heart of Encino, The Mahi-Mahi Room graciously tolerates Cyrano, Señor Amor and Special Agent Lotus broadcasting every Tuesday on KXLU 88.9 FM. At 10PM we embark on our voyage from the monkey-laden temples of Bali to a dangerous disco in Delhi, and ease into a lit lounge in Lodi. Like the crew of the Flying Dutchman, The HMS Molotov slowly sinks through international waters and sonic seas, hitting the sandy bottom when midnight has a stroke.

To listen to our shows live turn you radio dial to KXLU 88.9 from 10:00 to midnight. Perhaps you are abroad and traveling on your own secret mission or your radio was destroyed in a drunken brawl, do not fear, you can Click here to download the iphone App or click here for live streaming.

Post show transmission are uploaded here post show. To see the evidence record from all shows click here.

Highlights include “Five From The BlackHand Side.” Dig (ughnh) it–(Ughnh!) and the Skatalites wind their way through a Lee Morgan cover.
